If you have a tethered jailbroken iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS or iPod Touch 4, then you do not need to reinstall iOS 6 and then jailbreak uisng Evasi0n tool. You can directly use a Cydia package called “evasi0n 6.x Untether” to convert tethered jailbreak to untethered.
