Ingredients For Dough 1 Cup Wheat Flour 2 Tablespoon Semolina Flour (Rava) 2 Tablespoon Oil Salt to taste For Filling 1 Cup Paneer (Cottage Cheese) (Grated) 1/2 Cup Cheese (Cheddar or Home-Made Cheese) (Grated) 1/4 Cup Chopped Capsicum (Bell Peppers) 2 Chopped Green Chillies 2 Tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhaniya) 1 Tablespoon Tomato Ketchup 2 Teaspoon Soy Sauce 1/2 Teaspoon Dry Mango Powder (Aamchur Powder) 1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder Salt to taste Method Mix all Dough ingredients and knead to a soft dough using water. Cover with wet cloth n keep aside for 1/2 an hour Mix all filling ingredients and divide in 3 equal parts. Divide Dough in 3 equal balls and roll thin. Apply one part of the filling onto 1 rolled disc. Tightly start rolling from one end to finish at other end having a tight roll. Cut into 2mm disc n slightly flatten it. Repeat the above with the other 2 filling and doughs. Heat oil in High Flame and deep fry these pinwheels. Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup or Green Chutney Do let us know your thoughts below.
