I am a 52 year old corporate executive working in Coal India Limited. A mining engineer by profession I have been working in HR function since 1994. My specialisation area has been Training & Development. I have an MBA and a Diploma in Training & Development. My passion is Creative Writing and I have a Diploma in Creative Writing in English. I am a voracious reader and more than 20% of my earnings is spent in books and periodicals.
