What a surreal evening at Lake Tahoe it was!⁣ . As almost always, it was an impromptu road trip to Tahoe from San Francisco, last winter. We quickly packed our bags on an early Saturday morning, booked a cosy accommodation at the Red Wolf Lakeside Lodge on Groupon (on-the-fly) and hit the roads. With small pit-stops for food and refreshments, we made it to Lake Tahoe by afternoon.⁣ . It feels like we were just in the right place, at the right time. ❤️ . . Nevertheless, I managed to click a 100 pictures in a span of hardly 30 mins. The temperature was way below -5 degrees Celcius and I had landed in California straight from India (where 30 degrees and above is the usual norm), hardly a month back. So, basically, I was still getting acclimatised to the winters of America.⁣ ⁣ Naturally, I was almost shivering by this lakeside. But still, there was something about this mesmerizing sunset, which held me back. I sat there, holding hands with him and the warmth of love kept us going, even in the typical Tahoe chills. Sometimes, the beauty of nature enamours us to such an extent, that we don't even realise when we overcome small setbacks and create memories of a lifetime!⁣ ⁣ Disclaimer – These sunset pics are RAW and strictly UNEDITED.
