A high level executive is often makingdecisionsin an environment where information is incomplete at best and the impact of decision is high. Whereas a low level employee is often stuck in an environmentwhere thee affinity to be accurate is much higher even if the impact isnot of much consequence.
This contrasting nature of both the decision makers gives me an interesting insight in to the mind of any human. Because the above observaton by Dr. Russell Targ tells me that it is better to take decisions based on your hunches rather than depending on external factors for decision making.
