About Me
History, Travel & Photography are the things that I am passionate about and that take most of my time other than my family and occupation. The histo-cultural blogazine ‘My India thru’ Lenses’, thus, brings all my passions together.
By education, I am an Engineer with a Masters degree in Business Administration and for the past 10+ years I have been working in private sector organizations in different capacities. My wife is also a working professional. So, you can realize how difficult it is for us to manage a week-long holiday. However, that doesn’t stop us planning for a holiday. Throughout the year we keep on planning many trips, ultimately going for only a couple or so.
Personally, I love travelling the places that are historically important or culturally rich and you know such places are abundant in India. In these travelogues, you will find that emphasis have been given to historical facts and/ or cultural information. Additionally, I have shared personal experiences, travel related information and carefully chosen some of my photographs. The blogs, I believe, would be a valuable source of information for any traveller, however, the primary focus of the blogs remains the History of India.
