The demand for a ceasefire went unheard as the government forces continue to fight in Eastern Ghouta, Syria. Reports of a chemical weapon attack have emerged after a resolution for a ceasefire was passed by the UN. More than 500 civilians were killed as a result of the fighting which started on February 18.
