Bringing you some images from our 2014 trip to a few off-beat locations in Himachal Pradesh - Chail, Shoja, Thanedar, Tirthan Valley. Thanedar (or Thanedhar) is incidentally the place where the first apple tree was planted in India by an American gentleman, Samuel Evans Stokes. His descendants still reside in the town.
