Pakoras are the undisputed leader among the vast array of evening snacks in India. Many of the food carts around the street corners prepare these snacks usually in the evenings, thus making it a popular street food of India. I have made various types of pakoras with varied vegetables like onions, capsicum, cauliflower and spinach.
