The first time Moena and I officially met was in a local coffee shop where we spoke about Anise skincare. I went over to her house soon after with a gift box in hand to (shyly) explain the story behind the brand and why each product was formulated as such. I am not really into social media and so didn’t really know what a social media influencer did or brought to the table so to speak, so after my nervous speech about Anise, I asked her to review us only after having tried and hopefully liked our product, because I didn’t want any fake paid reviews.
