G.K.P. Printing & Packaging Limited, a Maharashtra based company engaged in the manufacturing of corrugated boxes, is issuing the IPO (Initial Public Offering). Equity shares of face value Rs 10 are being offered during the issue at a price of Rs 32 per equity share including a premium price of Rs 22.
